Samuel A. Tumminello

Samuel “Sammy” Tumminello, 58, of Penn Hills, PA, passed away on December 13, 2022. Sammy is survived by his wife, Anna Tumminello; daughter, Brandii Saunders (Brock); step children, Jason (Becky), Tony, Cory (Megan) and Ashley (Casey); grandchildren, Caidence, Elliana and Danica. Sammy also leaves behind his mother, Marie Tumminello; siblings, Vincent and Julie Tumminello (Kenny); nieces and nephews, Maria (Chuck), Amber (Jason), Brittney (Nathan), Deidre (Mike), Talyn (Kevin), and Vinnie (Maria); several great nieces and nephews; and his furry companion, Gypsy Queen. Sammy is now reunited with his father, Samuel Tumminello. Friends received Sunday, December 18, 2022 1pm to 6pm at Rose Funeral Home & Cremation Service

Patricia Garfold-Rucker

Age 62, of Penn Hills, PA, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 29, 2022. Daughter of the late Alfred and Sophie Garfold; wife of Curtis Washington, she was his love and partner for almost 30 years; devoted mother of Robert (Erica) Livingston Rucker III; grandmother of Damien and soon-to-be grandmother of Gage; sister of Fred Garfold; aunt to four nieces and nephews; she is also survived by her ex-husband Robert “Brother” Rucker, Jr. Patricia was a very caring person with a big heart, she would give you the shirt off her back, and she was very funny. She always had Curtis’ back, and he always had hers. Friends received Thursday, December 1, 2022, 4 p.m. until time of service at 8 p.m. at ROSE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES.

Gloria Hisom

Age 96 of Seneca Hills Village, formerly of Clover Commoms of Plum, PA. Gloria was preceded in death by her parents, Antonio and Delfina Bertoncini; her loving husband, George P. Hisom; brother, Esio Bertoncini; son, George Hisom, Jr.; daughter, Judith Herrle; and her adoring granddaughter, Stacey Walker. She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Nancy Johnson; grandsons, Shawn (Jacquelyn) Walker and Jason Johnson; great-grandchildren, Jude and Ashlin Walker and Jason and Jake Johnson; aunt of Marie (Ray) Copper; and great-aunt of Michael and Christopher (Toni) Copper.
