Age 93, of Pittsburgh, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 28, 2017. Husband of the late Elsie Hines; beloved father of William Hines, Jr., Kimberley (Leonard) Miller, Diane (Rufus) Davis, Alfred Hines, Linda (Ralph) Livsey and the late Randolph Peterson, Carol Taylor and Paul Hines; brother of Beverly Burnett; also survived by a host of grandchildren, great- grandchildren, great-great- grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
