M ichelle Raé Wilkerson (Candy), was born on December 27, 1962 in Pittsburgh, PA to Margaret Jean Wilkerson (Handley) and the late Brewer Wilkerson, Jr. She departed this life on December 31, 2020.

Michelle was born in Pittsburgh, PA. She grew up with her parents and brother, Scott Wilkerson, in East Liberty and graduated from Taylor Allderdice High School.

Michelle worked as an Analyst Programmer /Network Administrator at Allegheny County Sanitary Authority (ALCOSAN) for 25 years. Michelle donated much of her free time serving on the Allegheny County Democratic Committee for Ward 6 of the 5^th District and as a Union Stewart at ALCOSAN.

She is survived by her Daughter: Candice Michelle Morris of Penn Hills, PA, Mother: Margaret Jean Wilkerson (Handley); Brother: Scott Wilkerson (Kelly) of Fishers, IN; Half Sisters: Shirlene Moon, Carol Ann Brown, and Shala Renee Wilkerson of Pittsburgh, PA; Uncles: Joseph Handley of Penn Hills, PA and Derek Handley (Rebecca) of Milwaukee, WI; Aunt: Geraldine Handley-Lee of Swissvale, PA; and a host of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Friends.
