Age 78, of Penn Hills, PA passed away on Sunday, July 14, 2019. Beloved husband of the late Mary Lou Vogel; devoted brother of Phillip G. Vogel, Ralph W. Vogel, Suzanne Hill, Christine Sampsell, Marianne Mikitko; also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
