Early Sunday morning November 26, 2023, Hays Jeffrey Dawson entered eternal rest with his Lord. Jeff, as he was affectionately called, was born in Pittsburgh, PA on November 7, 1956. He attended the Pittsburgh Public School system, where he graduated from Fifth Avenue High School in 1974. He attended Babson College in Wellesley, MA where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management in 1978. With over 35 years of experience in the financial services industry, exclusively in wealth management and trust administration for Union National, Integra, National City and PNC Banks, Jeff retired as Vice President and Senior Trust Advisor for PNC Bank Wealth Management in December 2018. After retirement Jeff enjoyed spending time with his family, traveling, reading, listening to music and continued to serve in his Church as an Elder and small group leader. He was preceded in death by his beloved parents Hays Patrick and Iris Mae Dawson, and brothers James Dawson, Charles Dawson and Bob Dawson. He leaves to cherish his memory his beloved wife Kim (Grimmett) Dawson, sons Todd Grimmett, Jeremy Dawson (Brianna) and Craig Dawson, three granddaughters Ava, Alayna and Amira that he cherished, his Sister Patricia Ann Dawson from Greensburg, PA, and Brother Edward Carl Dawson (Ferrita) from Erie, PA. Friends will be received from 11:30am – 12:45pm Saturday December 2, 2023, at Rolling Hills Church 120 Gernert Drive, Verona PA where a funeral service will be held at 1:00pm.
