Pittsburgh, PA – Stanley Junius Holbrook entered eternal rest on April 17, 2026, at the age of 100. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his loving wife, Ella Holbrook; his son, Alvin J. Holbrook of Washington, D.C.; his daughter, Anita Joy (Dan) Dansby; his son, Adrian (Annette) Holbrook-Herring; his daughter-in-law, Dr. Michelle Champion-Holbrook; his stepchildren, Clarence (Linda), Michelle (Maurice), and Kenneth (Linda); 14 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

Services will be held on Wednesday, April 29, 2026. Viewing will be from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., and the funeral will be immediately following at 11:00 a.m. Services will be held at Shiloh Community Missionary Baptist Church, 6940 Frankstown Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15206.
