David departed this life at is home in Pittsburgh, PA.  He had a love for cars and fishing.  He worked in the US Steel Plants for more than 20 years. Preceded in death by Levins Fancher Sr. (Father), Anna Bell Fancher (Mother), and Tricia Lynn Rattigan (Daughter).  He is Survived by his children Tresa Faye, Angela Williams, Anita Shantel Shaefer, and David Fancher Jr. 2 Brothers, 1 Sister, 10 Grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. The family would like to thank everyone for your words of kindness and comfort, it is truly appreciated by us all.
